Audit of aerothermal installation in a residential building in Barcelona

The works were carried out in a development of 20 houses built by INMO CAIXA CRITERIA, in Passeig Mare de Déu del Coll, 34-38 in Barcelona. In view of the claim filed by the developer after the renovation of the building’s aerothermal system, an audit of the construction projects, the commissioning and the subsequent renovations of the aerothermal system was carried out, in order to determine the appropriateness of the repair work carried out by INMO CAIXA, for which it claims an amount of 733,753.80 € from the architectural team and the construction company.
