The purpose of the work was to audit the boilers of the domestic hot water and central heating generation system, recently replaced in a residential building located at Avenida Cardenal Herrera Oria 163-165-167 in Madrid. The work included the previous analysis of available documentation, the analysis of the maintenance contract initially signed with Sunflower Energias, S.L. and the subsequent drafting of an expert report, which aims to detect deficiencies in the design and execution of the installation.
