Audit of El Corte Inglés premises in La Vaguada and Parquesur shopping centres

The work is aimed at auditing the state of conservation of three commercial establishments (one in La Vaguada and two in ParqueSur), which the entity Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) had leased to El Corte Inglés in Madrid after the lease contract ended.

The actions are structured by carrying out two visits to the three shopping centers during the week in which El Corte Inglés carried out the moving and cleaning tasks of the mentioned establishments.

Finally, two reports were issued, one initial report that includes the audit of the set of buildings and another report specialized in the state of conservation of the department stores’ roofs.
