Construction price formula

The service offered to ALLIANZ in 2005 (and its subsequent updates in the years 2013 and 2023) was the creation of a mathematical formula for obtaining construction prices per square meter of housing in the provinces of Spain, and necessary modeling based on their specific location, quality and typology, using the necessary official bibliographies such as population data from INE, the CPI, value reports at municipal level from the Cadastre, provincial decrees regulating subsidized housing, etc.

This formula has allowed the Insurer to offer risk coverage adjusted to the insurance premiums, having concrete knowledge of the construction values of any type of housing throughout the national territory.
