EXPERT TECHNICAL REPORT ON ENERGY DEVIATIONS FROM THE THEORETICAL VALUES OF THE PROJECT CLAIMED BY THE EXCMO. JACA CITY COUNCIL AND ATTRIBUTED TO DEFICIENCIES IN THE DESIGN AND OPERATION OF THE AIR-CONDITIONING AND COOLING INSTALLATIONS OF THE JACA ICE PAVILION.

Work consisting of the analysis and determination of the optimum objective values of energy consumption of the air-conditioning and cooling installation of the pavilion, with the analysis of the design criteria of its installations and the grounds for the complaint lodged by the City Council in relation to the energy consumption of the system.
