CSI has carried out several expert reports for the developer AQ ACENTOR, responding to numerous claims arising from construction damage or pathologies in various residential developments located mainly in Madrid and Barcelona.

Our work consists of identifying the damage, studying the causes and nature of the damage and drawing up corrective proposals.

The relationship with AQ ACENTOR or AQUILA CAPITAL began in 2019 until today, responding to claims that in some cases have reached an amount of almost 1,500,000 €, whose basis, after analysing them, it can be concluded, in many cases, that the damages claimed have been caused by causes beyond the control of the promoter company, being able to demonstrate their inappropriateness as a technical basis for the legal services of the GROUP.
