Feasibility study and urban planning consultation for the refurbishment of the San Ignacio Shopping Centre.

Prior to the drafting of the San Ignacio Shopping Centre refurbishment project, CSI carried out an Urban Planning Feasibility Study to check the validity of the proposals put forward for the refurbishment of the commercial complex. The work consists of the following:

• PREVIOUS ANALYSIS: Exhaustive study of the existing documentation, inspection of all the urban planning files referring to the building as a whole, making the relevant consultations with both the Gerencia de Urbanismo and the Madrid City Council, and a visual inspection visit to the complex.
• URBAN PLANNING STUDY: analysis of the technical feasibility of the execution of the new proposal for the renovation of the Shopping Centre, in accordance with the indications provided by the Community of Owners, based on the information obtained, the compliance with the current regulations in force at the urban planning level of the competent bodies and the reality of the executed project.
