Expert judicial expert witness service on the treatment given in the construction project and in the contract signed between the UTE and ADIF to the access roads and service roads that had to be built in order to carry out the railway platform works awarded to the Prado-Porto UTE in 2018, and in particular, to clarify whether the contractor’s contractual obligations included the work to repair the damage caused to the OU-111 road and the quantification of the economic impact of these repairs for the UTE, valued at €0.8m.
