Projects in the sports facilities of the RFFM (Valdebernardo) in Madrid

CSI has carried out the following projects at the Valdebernardo sports facilities of the Real Federación de Fútbol de Madrid (RFMM):
Cafeteria: The project consists of the implementation of a cafeteria facility to serve the sports facilities of the RFFM in Valdebernardo, District of Vicálvaro, Madrid.
The total surface area is 82 m² and 54 m² of terrace. The estimated execution period is 5 months and the budget amounts to 151,111.48€.

Work management of the repair and renovation of the soccer fields: The works consist of the execution of a new artificial turf pavement in one of the fields of the Valdebernardo sports facilities.

The works include the dismantling of the existing equipment and turf, the digging, levelling and compacting of the surface of the land, the execution of a new drainage and irrigation system and the subsequent installation of the new artificial turf and the necessary sports equipment for the practice of soccer. The deadline for the work is 1 month and the budget is 214,233.15 €.
