CSI has extensive experience in the development of real estate appraisal activities, among which the following activities stand out:

• Updated appraisal valuation report on Administrative Concession for construction and operation of mixed-use parking lot and commercial premises located at Paseo de Europa nº 1, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid. TASA is used for the valuation of the property through the methods of comparison, economic exploitation and the determination of the value of the land through a dynamic residual. 3-storey parking lot with a total built-up area of approximately 20.000m2 and an appraised value of close to €4M.
• Appraisal report and expert opinion of architect for valuation of average market price of property no. 17099 registered in the land registry no. 2 of Las Rozas with appraisal date both in 2014 and 2016.
• Appraisal of the property in its current state and of the land on which the building located at 27 Benjamin Palencia Street in Madrid is located, with values of 1.2 M€ and 0.5 M€, respectively.
