TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE REAL FEDERACIÓN DE FÚTBOL DE MADRID

Since 2018, the Royal Football Federation of Madrid has required the intervention of CSI for the development of various tasks both management and maintenance or expansion of the facilities it has in the Community of Madrid.

Thus, CSI’s work has dealt with technical assistance from the very beginning for the constructive, urbanistic or administrative development of any work related not only to the actual sports facilities located in the fields of Valdebernardo, Cotorrouelo and García de la Mata but also in the rest of the properties that the RFFM owns and with a tertiary use.

As a result of this relationship, CSI has carried out works such as the drafting of projects, project management, drafting of activity licenses or the preparation of Technical Inspection reports for buildings, as well as feasibility studies for future projects.

Likewise, it has also been the agent in charge of auditing the bids submitted by the different construction companies for the development of the different works for the improvement of the facilities, providing an expert technical advice service in time to guarantee the achievement of the different procedures and processes in which the RFFM is involved.
