ENDESA requires the intervention of CSI for the evaluation of the urban situation of several properties located in different areas of the Canary Islands in order to clarify the classification of the plot according to the planning regulations in force as well as the study of its surroundings, the typology of surrounding buildings and the provision of public lighting, connection to infrastructure networks, sidewalks and asphalting of the roads at the time of the request for the definitive electricity supply to the company ENDESA.

Thus, we can cite as an example, a building of 10 dwellings located at 44 Morro Afonso Street, in Tijoco Bajo, in the municipality of Adeje (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) or a single-family house in «Las Granadas» Urbanization, in Puerto del Rosario (Fuerteventura).
